I have dived worldwide and seen lots of good and bad practices. I have been very dissapointed by the various levels of training given by instructors from different agencies, even though most diving agencies give the impression of standardised training this is deffinately not the case. I would like to see much more control over the standards. Yours A.Diver 29/01/00
